The system behinda clinic's growth.
How a men's health clinic that brings care to its patients went from hand-managed scheduling to a fully automated field-service and patient-operations platform — and grew past $1.5M in annual recurring revenue along the way.

A practice built onshowing up, every time.
Men's Revival is a men's health clinic whose care model is built on ongoing patient relationships — recurring care that comes to the patient, with providers covering service territories across the region. In a practice like that, operations are part of the product: every appointment that books smoothly, every route a provider can actually drive, every record that is simply correct is part of what patients are paying for. And every operational failure is felt twice — once by the staff, and once by the patient.
Growth was outrunningthe tools.
By 2024 the clinic was growing fast — and running its days by hand. Medical records lived in the clinic's EHR, but scheduling meant phone calls, and an appointment was never just a time slot: it was a provider, a territory, a day that provider covers that territory, and a drive between stops that has to be possible. Reminders meant someone remembering to send them, and daily operations were held together by a patchwork of disconnected tools — information re-keyed between systems, every re-key a chance for the calendar and the record to disagree.
None of it was broken, exactly — it was worse than broken: it worked, as long as people kept absorbing the load, and the load grew with every new patient. The clinic needed operations that scale ahead of demand, under one hard constraint: the EHR at the center of its care had to remain the undisturbed system of record.
One platform,running the practice.
Not a big-bang replacement — a platform that earned its territory one workflow at a time, starting where the pain was sharpest.
Field scheduling, fully automated
Patients book in-home visits online — and behind every slot offered, the engine does the work of a dispatcher: it matches the patient’s location to a service territory, checks which providers cover that zone that day, pulls live availability from the medical record system, and validates the real drive time between consecutive appointments. Every slot shown is one a provider can physically make, and automated reminders handle the follow-up — no phone tag, no dispatch board, no missed hand-offs.
One source of truth
The clinic’s electronic health record stayed exactly where it belonged — at the center of care. The platform synchronizes with it continuously and in both directions, so the calendar, the front desk, and the medical record never disagree. A patient is entered once, everywhere. Staff stopped playing telephone between systems, and the error class that comes with re-keying data simply disappeared.
The operations platform
As the clinic grew, the platform grew with it — from scheduling into patient workflows, operations, and reporting, all in one codebase. It runs on AWS with infrastructure defined as code, typed service contracts end to end, and PostgreSQL underneath. Every engineer works in an isolated environment; every change passes type checks, linting, and automated tests before it ships; production infrastructure is protected against accidental change.
Beyond the clinic walls
Operations do not end at the appointment. The engagement expanded to the tooling around the practice: a marketing analytics dashboard for acquisition visibility, CRM integration so the pipeline and the practice stay in step, and workflow extensions that put clinic data inside the tools the team already lives in. One partner, accountable across the whole operation.
A clinic-sized team, an enterprise-grade platform: the same automated test gates, staged environments, and protected production infrastructure we bring to Fortune Global 500 work.
Two years,one direction.
2024
Discovery, then the acute pain first
The engagement began the way every Amtal engagement begins: discovery. The bottleneck was booking, so booking shipped first — self-serve scheduling with automated reminders, synchronized with the medical record from day one.
2024–2025
Operations, absorbed one workflow at a time
With scheduling handling itself, the platform took on the workflows around it: continuous two-way record sync, operational tooling, marketing analytics, CRM integration. Each addition removed a manual step the staff had been carrying.
2025–2026
One platform for the whole practice
The system consolidated into a unified patient-operations platform on AWS — scheduling, workflows, and reporting in one codebase, engineered with the discipline of systems many times its size.
Today
Still shipping
New workflows, new reporting, new capacity — planned against where the clinic is going, not just where it is. The same team that shipped the first booking page still builds the platform every week.
“We were growing faster than we could operate. Now patients book themselves, the records are simply right, and my staff spends its time on patients instead of paperwork. Two years in, Amtal is still the first call I make.”
Running the practice,end to end.
Two years in, the same team is still building — new workflows, new reporting, new capacity. The partner you keep after the launch.
The clinic has grown past $1.5M in annual recurring revenue since the partnership began in 2024 — every appointment, reminder, and record of that growth flowing through the platform.
Scheduling runs itself: patients book and get reminded without a single phone call from staff.
Dispatch-grade field scheduling with no dispatcher: every offered slot is validated against territories, provider coverage, live availability, and real drive time.
Zero duplicate data entry between scheduling, operations, and the medical record.
Leadership sees the practice in numbers, with operational reporting built into the platform.
Capacity has stayed ahead of demand: the platform grew from scheduling to the whole practice without ever becoming the bottleneck.
